Calling for Scripts, Directors and Actors…
Insurgent Theatre is on the prowl for a few good Milwaukee writers, directors and actors. As a result of some serious changes this season, we have created a need for 30-60 minute plays to serve as a companion for Peter J Wood's new play, Systems.WRITERS: please email me if you are interested. There are some specific requirements of the script, which you'll want to know before writing or submitting something you've written. Deadline is May 16th, so contact me ASAP for guidelines.
DIRECTORS: if you're interested, email me your resume, or narrative description of your experience directing by May 16th. We'll select the director who we think will best fit the script we choose.
ACTORS: Open auditions will be held the last week of May or by appointment. No experience necessary, prepared monologues encouraged, cold reads available. Exact dates and times, and descriptions of the roles will be forthcoming.
